1. About these terms
These terms apply to the testing and related services provided by Rock Vein Assay Laboratories Limited (“RVA Labs”, “we”, “us”) to its clients. By requesting a quotation, sending samples or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.
2. Services and quotations
The services we offer are listed on this website. To get started, send us a quotation request. We will reply with a quotation that sets out the services, the number of samples, the price and the expected timing. Work begins once you accept the quotation.
3. Samples
Please label and package your samples securely, and tell us about any hazards before they arrive. We may decline or set aside samples that arrive damaged, leaking or that contain undeclared hazardous material. Samples can be brought or sent to our laboratory in Mwanza. Contact us if you need guidance on packaging.
4. Timing
Any timing we give you is an estimate set out in your quotation. It may change depending on the services requested, the number of samples and circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed if timing changes.
5. Results
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. If you have a question about a result, please contact us promptly and we will review it with you.
6. Payment
Prices and payment terms are set out in the quotation and invoice.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information and test results as confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Tanzania, our liability for any service is limited to the fee paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Mwanza have jurisdiction over any dispute.
