Good results begin before the samples arrive
How samples are labelled, packed and transported affects the quality of the results. A few simple steps help.
Before you send
- Give every sample a clear, unique label that will not rub off.
- Pack samples in strong bags or containers and close them securely.
- Keep a list of the samples you are sending, with their labels.
- Tell us about any hazards, such as acidic or reactive material.
When they arrive
We compare what arrives with your list. If something does not match or a sample is damaged, we will contact you.
